About this event
This is a combo class of Vinyasa Flow and ending in Yin Yoga. The class will start with some invigorating Sun Salutations and asanas to get your body moving and heart pumping. Towards the end of class we will wind down with longer held and deeper stretch Yin postures. Truly the best of both worlds- The Yin and the Yang. *Bring your yoga mat and water.
