Old Town/Presidio Park Pack Walk

About this event

We’ll start slowly by walking through the presidio before making our way into Old Town, past shops, and a variety of scents and sounds. We keep an easy pace, but there is a moderate incline on the return. Easy to moderate (because of the ascent), 2-2.5 miles.

Welcome to Real Dog Box Community Pack Walks! We welcome ALL dogs, breeds, and temperaments.

Enjoying our pack walks?

Support our Host & Sponsor: Real Dog Box This local small business delivers air dried treats and chews to your doorstep. Get a free bag of treats when you order your 1st box: real.dog/ravensworld or shop with us after the walk.

We have grown an amazing and supportive community. To keep everyone safe and promote a calm environment, by attending our walks you are expected to follow & respect our rules:

• All dogs must remain on leash at all times, handlers must maintain a 3 foot lead. NO retractable or bungee leashes permitted.

• NO greeting dogs inside or outside our pack until the walk is over, with permission. Please always keep dogs on leash. We know some dogs are friends, but use this time to practice following structured socialization.

• Maintain at least a 6 foot distance to prevent nose-to-nose/tail interactions. If your dog is a beginner or reactive, we recommend taking more space if needed, by walking at the back of the pack.

• Come prepared and advocate for your dog. Bring adequate water, poop bags, treats, etc. Monitor your dog and always do what’s best for them. If your dog is slowing down, consider stopping early. If your dog is panting, request a break to give them some water.

Our Community Pack Leaders will be leading the walk and can answer any questions that come up. We are looking forward to meeting you and your pup!
